Here we are going to review the rules for the Midnight Club series. It's important, but not required, for you to understand how you are scored. If you would like to be involved in this event contact vipprimo.
Day #1
Each new player arrives to the city with no vehicle and no Reputation Currency (see below) to purchase one. The player must find a trackable vehicle (a vehicle that can be tracked by driving into a Los Santos Customs) in the freeroam and bring it to the overseeing Hookman who will verify that it is indeed trackable (assuring the vehicle was acquired via the freeroam). The vehicle is returned to the player who can then upgrade it fully or use an identical vehicle they already own.
Find or Founding an Organization
You must be a member of an Organization that has a territory to compete. You can found an organization and secure a territory if one is available or compete for one if there isn't. An existing Organization can recruit you using their existing Reputation Currency to purchase a vehicle within their class.
Reputation Currency and Purchasing a Vehicle
During your time in Los Santos you may need to purchase different vehicles to compete in events or challenge for a territory. Each Reputation Currency point is worth $1,000 in-game money. So an $84,000 vehicle would require 84 points to purchase and a million dollar car would be 1,000 points. To purchase vehicles with Benny's Upgrades you need to first purchase their base version then purchase the upgrade as well. Prices of vehicles are listed on the vehicle websites in GTA Online. If a vehicle price is not listed or the price is zero it cannot be purchased. Some vehicles may be awarded to players for actions performed in game. You can only have one vehicle assigned to you at a time and there is no trade-in value when you purchase a new vehicle.

Organization
Each racer represents an organization. This could be also be a crew or club. This can be a organization by yourself or many members. An organization members must all use the same Class Vehicle. To join an organization you need only find one that will have you and uses the same Class vehicle you use.
The benefit of an organization is that members can pool their currency.
1.) Members can donate points to each other.
2.) Members can donate points to members who are joining their organization to purchase an appropriately classed vehicle.
When defending a territory anyone in the team can attend within the space given for the race playlist.

Territory
Territory is the controlled area of an Organization (see the Territory Map). When an organization controls all the territories they win the game. To take control of a territory the territory needs to be connected to the current territory and you need to challenge the organization that currently controls it. To do that you need to have the same Class of vehicles that they have. The basic classes are Sports, Sport Classics, Supers, Coupes, etc. Some classes are broken down further such as MC Motorcycles and Street Bike Motorcycles. The standard challenge competition is a 5 Job Playlist.
If the playlist is limited to the number of players each organization (starting with the organization with the most points) takes turns selects one representative at a time until the lobby is full. At the end of the competition, whichever organization has the most points wins the territory.

Positions
You're position isn't always set in stone, but this is just to give you an idea of what positions people have so you'll be better understanding of what is going on.
Muscle
You're a member of an organization. You could be trying to move up the ranks or just helping the group. This is the basic player that enters the game. You have full control of the Reputation Points you earn and how you spend them.
Champion
Champions have earned a title in a title competition. Championships are usually based on general areas, covering several territories, and class of vehicle. A Champion is the only position that doesn't have to be a member of an organization to compete, called a ronin. Some championships provide bonuses for players in the territories their organization represents. As a general rule you must have more points than a champion to challenge them for their championship.
Leader
A leader is the head of an organization and makes all the official decisions for the organization. Only a leader can remove a member from the organization. Leaders can also be a host. They can host events for practice or for general competition. Only open competitions can earn points.
Hookman
Hookmen are the judges and referees of all events. A Hookman is required for any event that earns points. They make sure the competition is conducted fairly and assigns the points for the competition. They can be any position such as a leader, muscle, host or even a champion. Only the most trusted players are Hookman and it takes a long time to gain the position. If you have a dispute the Hookman will adjudicate it and their decision is final. Hookman isn't a rank role and is more a support position. Although it is easily one of the most important and trusted positions they are important because they help your play experience be more fluid and help you get to the next level.

Competitive Events
Events is where you represent your crew, earn points, earn championships, or challenge for territory. Events can be hosted by Hookmen or Crew Hosts. Competitive Events are the events that matter so first we'll discuss each type of event and then we'll discuss the activities an event can have.
Open Event
Any player can join in and compete. Each event has a group of activities that each player that qualifies can compete in. This can be anything from car shows, drift, drag, impromptu racing and a race playlist.
Closed Event
Closed events may require certain stipulations to compete, such as particular class or specific vehicle.
Championship Event
Championship events may require players to have a certain amount of Reputation Currency to compete in and may be class specific. Championships can also have points multipliers for competing.
Territory Challenge
The ultimate way to compete for a territory is a territory challenge. To challenge for a territory you must have the same class vehicle as the crew you are trying to overtake and they must have an adjacent territory, unless this is your first territory. The challenge will be a 5 race playlist and all tracks verified races selected by an officiating Hookman. They should be associated with theme of the defending team that uses them and must use the vehicle they are assigned, so they cannot be transform races, etc. Usually races like this limit the number of players involved, such as 8. Each team gets an opportunity to name the player who takes up the spots. If one team runs out of competitors the other team may fill the available spots. The team with the most points wins the territory.
Activities.
Drag Racing: There are two different styles of competitions with drag racing. The first is a tree and the second is a square. The first round of competition the victor wins 10 and the loser gets 5 points. In the next case of ties the winner gets 3 points and the loser gets 1 point.
Car Show: Two different styles of competition. In one each player votes on each car a score from 1 - 10. If you don't vote on a vehicle their vote does not apply to yours either. The second is a judge votes a score from 1 - 10 and multiplies it by the number of players in the room.
Drift Event: Each player gets a run and is scored on each run from 1 - 10, ties get an additional run.
Bounce Event: Benny's vehicles with hydraulics face off. The first player to reach 10 bounces wins 10 points and the loser gets 5 and you can add a tree similar to drag racing. You can also have each player bounce within a 30 second winner. Each player is given points based on how many bounces they can get within the associated time.
Impromptu Race: The winner gets 1 point for each player racing and it goes backwards until the last player gets 1 point.

Gentleman's Rule
We understand that players may have a bad day, a bad experience, or just a general bad time. A player can remove themselves from any situation at any time without repercussions by simply using the gentleman's rule. This allows a player to leave a situation before taking steps that could result in their suspension or expulsion.
Killing
If you kill another player for any reason your character will be arrested, stripped of your vehicle and all points and forced to start over.
Kicking a Player
To be kicked from the event requires 3 players to make a vote to kick request that requires a majority of active players to vote to kick. A Hookman can overrule a vote to kick request once.
